Llegué a tiempo a mi cita, pagué los estudios, y al preguntar por el radiologo que me haría el ultrasonido, me dijo otra radiologa que se había ido a comer y que no me podría atender en ese momento, le pedí que me atendieran con el estudio porque tenía una urgencia pero igual me respondió que estaba en su hora de comida el radiologo y tendría que esperar, o que regresara otro día. Después de mucho esperar, me atendió el radiologo y al comentarle lo sucedido me dijo que él nunca salió y que si lo hubiesen llamado podría haberme atendido en ese momento pero la radiologa no lo quiso hacer. Las personas de recepción tampoco deberían dar citas a la hora de comida del radiologo si ya conocen sus horarios. Terminé con dolor por tanto esperar. No regreso más.

After a long wait, the radiologist attended me and when I told him what happened he told me that he never left and that if they had called him he could have attended me at that time but the radiologist did not want to do it. Reception people should also not make appointments at the radiologist's mealtime if they already know their schedules. I ended up in pain so much to wait. I will not come back.
