Muy buen servicio toman las medidas de prevención de covid , le piden a los familiares esperar en la parte de afuera debido que solo tienen permitido pocas personas dentro de la sala de espera lo cual esta muy bien porque evitan aglomeraciones muy pocas personas entienden esa parte ,la espera a veces es un poco larga se debe que hay muchísima gente ,tuve mi resultado a las 4:30 del mismo día sin ningún problema todo el personal es muy bueno sin duda lo recomiendo .

Muy amables toooodooooos, los encontramos abiertos fuera del horario y aún así nos atendieron con mucho gusto :)

El doctor muy amable, pero las dos señoras de recepción súper lentas, te atienden de mala gana y te miran los ojos como si te hicieran un favor al atenderte.

Third time here for three different family members. Service has been fast and professional every time.

My wife and I were visiting from the states and we had an accident at Xplor park. My wife had potentially fractured her ribs. We came here for an x-ray. They did two x-rays to confirm nothing was broken, and only charged us for one because nothing was found (thank God). The receptionist was a sweetheart, the Doctor was courteous and professional. We were in and out of there (with consultation) within 35 minutes. Great and professional establishment.

Went there today and had my x ray done within twenty minutes of arriving (two people in front of me) and had the images thirty minutes later with a printed letter telling me what was wrong. The images were good. Two images taken of one foot at a cost of 750 pesos. The only negative (pun not intended) was that the diagnosis was clearly incorrect. I was there because of a football injury which wasn't getting better after a week and had all the signs of a stress fracture on my big toe. Even to my untrained eye I could see a piece of bone had come away from the 1st metatarsal yet the paper described it as a bunion. It's almost unheard of to receive a bunion from an impact injury. Anyway, I sent the images to a radiologist friend who showed them to an orthopaedic consultant friend, who showed it to his dog and housemaid etc etc. Result was that it's: "an undisplaced fracture going across the neck of the first metatarsal or a chip fracture (there is some soft tissue swelling also). Advise elevation, ice... [etc etc] and possibly back slab (plaster)" plus a bit more. So, it's cheap and you get good images but don't trust the diagnosis. Even when painfully obvious (pun intended) it has been incorrect.

This place is super! Not only for their affordable prices (this was the third place I checked out); also for friendly and knowledgeable customer service. I highly recommend them! It’s not a grand modern facility but quite adequate. My ultrasound studies were very involved requiring several hours over three days. The doctor was exceptional in explaining what they were looking for, how they do it and explained what his diagnostic report would include. Only the prescribing doctor can make a diagnosis. In fact; I am about to schedule with them again. Excellent and professional!
