El lunes 29 de mayo acudí a "comprar" un aparato de sonido con mi papá y mi hermano.
El aparato se encontraba muy en alto y pedimos que nos lo mostraran y nos dijeron que no porque estaba asegurado y no fueron ni para encenderlo. Lo único que hicieron fue decirse uno a otro "es que quiere que lo bajemos", nos comenzaron a mirar como si fuésemos a robar y mejor nos salimos de ahí y acudimos a realizar la compra a la sucursal de Hermanos Serdán donde muuuy amablemente fuimos atendidos. Tampoco lo bajaron pero "lo encendieron" y nos explicaron las funciones con las que contaba.
NEFASTA ATTENTION OF ALL STAFF
On Monday, May 29, I went to "buy" a sound device with my father and my brother.
The device was very high and we asked them to show it to us and they said no because it was insured and they didn't even go to turn it on. The only thing they did was say to each other "he wants us to lower it", they began to look at us as if we were going to steal and we had better get out of there and went to make the purchase at the Hermanos Serdán branch where we were very kindly treated . They didn't turn it down either, but they "turned it on" and explained the functions it had.
