Le doy una estrella porque la capacitación de sus empleados es para reírse. No conocen el producto que están vendiendo, dicen que dejaron de producir los cables coaxiales hace años, pero cuando estábamos viendo había una gran variedad de cables.
Otra, queríamos comprar un tocadiscos donde se explicaba en la tarjeta de presentación del producto que graba de CD a USB y la empleada nos dijo que no.
Cuando leímos la tarjeta, dejamos de hacerle caso a la empleada y cuando finalmente decidimos llevarlo nos dice que el producto de exhibición era el único que tenían. El producto estaba usado, rayado y en mal estado, por ello queríamos un descuento, pero la chica nos dijo que no que el precio tenía que ser fijo. Entonces, si van a vender productos usados procuren ponerlas al precio correspondiente al que lo entregan.

I give it a star because training your employees is laughable. They do not know the product they are selling, they say that they stopped producing coaxial cables years ago, but when we were looking there was a great variety of cables.
Another, we wanted to buy a turntable where it was explained in the presentation card of the product that records from CD to USB and the employee said no.
When we read the card, we stopped paying attention to the employee and when we finally decided to take it, she told us that the display product was the only one they had. The product was used, scratched and in poor condition, so we wanted a discount, but the girl said no that the price had to be fixed. So, if you are going to sell used products, try to put them at the price corresponding to the one they deliver.
