★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención en la sucursal, y muy mala experiencia de compra, compre unos productos en su página para recoger en tienda, y me mandaron correo que pasará a recoger y fui y no me entregaron nada que no tenían existencia que fue un error de la plataforma, y así nada más perdí mi tiempo, gasolina, y dinero, a 2 meses de la compra no me han devuelto mi dinero, y dudo que lo hagan, ya que al parecer los empleados de la tienda se robaron mis productos ya que en los detalles de mi compra pusieron que me habían entregado los productos lo cual es una mentira, cuidado al comprar en línea en esta tienda, verifiquen bien la disponibilidad del producto ya que ellos solo se lavan las manos, y no te devuelven el dinero se lo roban.
Poor service at the branch, and a very bad shopping experience, I bought some products on their page to pick up in the store, and they sent me mail that I will pick up and I went and they did not deliver anything that did not exist, which was a platform error , and so I just lost my time, gasoline, and money, 2 months after the purchase they have not returned my money, and I doubt they will, since apparently the store employees stole my products since in the Details of my purchase put that they had delivered the products which is a lie, be careful when buying online in this store, check the availability of the product well since they only wash their hands, and they do not return the money they steal it .
