L	Llaram Marin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO EN LA SUCURSAL DE PLAZA LAS TORRES EN GUADALAJARA Acompañé a mi mamá que quería comprar una bocina jbl que había visto en internet, ella como muchas personas de la tercera edad no confía en las compras en línea y quería comprarla en físico, es entendible que por la pandemia el aforo sea de 7 personas en la sucursal, 5 de ellas son empleados, un posible cliente estaba observando nada más, entonces nos pidieron muy déspotamente que nos retiramos, le indiqué que esperaríamos afuera a que nos pudieran enseñar las bocinas porque mi madre las quería ver de su definición pero se negaron y nos volvieron a retirar se entiende que por la pandemia aunque sea en semáforo verde hay que respetar las medidas de seguridad pero más sin embargo no se entiende el despotismo de sus empleados ya que ya nos nos quisieron atender indicando que por eso ellos eran asesores de venta, pésimo el servicio de atención a clientes HORRIBLE SERVICE IN THE PLAZA LAS TORRES BRANCH IN GUADALAJARA I accompanied my mother who wanted to buy a jbl speaker that she had seen on the internet, she like many elderly people does not trust online purchases and wanted to buy it physically, it is understandable that due to the pandemic the capacity is 7 people in the branch, 5 of them are employees, a potential client was observing nothing else, so they asked us very despicably to leave, I indicated that we would wait outside so they could show us the speakers because my mother wanted to see them from their definition but they refused and they removed us again, it is understood that due to the pandemic, even if it is at a green traffic light, security measures must be respected but more nevertheless the despotism of their employees is not understood since they already wanted to attend us indicating that that is why they were advisers of sale, lousy customer service
