Terrible service we bought a remote control boat and it did not work and they did not want to change it or make the warranty valid and it did not cost anything cheap

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trate de comprar una consola , me dijeron que hasta las 6 de la tarde les llegaría y me lo aseguraron. Me hicieron ir como 2 veces más y hasta me quisieron vender sin darme ticket (algo que es contra las normas de la misma empresa o cualquier otra) . Al final me dijeron que no tenían el producto y me llamarían cuando lo tuvieran , deje todos mis datos y no me han hablado. Es un fraude y hacen cosas fuera del proceso de venta legal.
I tried to buy a console, they told me it would arrive until 6 in the afternoon and they assured me. They made me go like 2 more times and they even wanted to sell me without giving me a ticket (something that is against the rules of the same company or any other). In the end they told me that they did not have the product and they would call me when they had it, I left all my information and they have not spoken to me. It is fraud and they do things outside of the legal sales process.
