★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar, quería un artículo, la persona que atendió comentó que no había, le dije que de la tienda de Eugenia, me comentaron que si había disponible.dijo que revisaría donde podía encontrarlo y estaba esperando, cuando lo busqué estaba atendiendo a otro cliente y me dijo pues lo puede encontrar en la tienda de Mixcoac.
Terrible place, I wanted an item, the person who attended commented that there was not, I told him that from Eugenia's store, they told me that it was available. It is a good electronics store, although their prices can be high you can also find interesting offers. The service is good and they sell insurance in case the item fails. The assortment is wide and the place is tidy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los productos son de calidad estandar pero sus precios son de calidad premium. Sus políticas de devoluciones son enredadas y obligan al cliente a dar vueltas obligatoriamente. Particularmente en ese lugar la atención es mala. Personalmente nunca volveré a comprar nada ahí ni en otra de sus tiendas. No los recomiendo, no se arriesguen a pagar un sobreprecio esperando buena atención o garantía.
The products are of standard quality but their prices are of premium quality. Their return policies are tangled and force the customer to go around compulsorily. Particularly in that place the attention is bad. Personally I will never buy anything there again or in any of their stores. I do not recommend them, do not risk paying a premium expecting good service or warranty.

No hay pierde. De entre sus más de 150 tiendas en el país, hay una adentro de Parque Delta, en la parte de arriba. Visítala. Seguro encuentras lo que buscas.
RS has the best in computing, accessories, audio and video, household items, landlines and cell phones, toys, gadgets, drones, very cool things for gamers and even health and beauty items. There is no lose. Among its more than 150 stores in the country, there is one inside Parque Delta, at the top. Visit it. You will surely find what you are looking for.
