★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré un artículo ayer y al probarlo en casa no funcionó. Hoy vengo a cambiarlo y me encuentro con que abren a las 11 am, ya no me sirve a esa hora porque viajo.
 I bought an item yesterday and testing it at home didn't work. Today I come to change it and I find that they open at 11 am, it no longer serves me at that time because I travel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente tienda de electrónica y gadgets, casi siempre tiene descuentos y promociones o meses sin intereses. En mi experiencia fue más fácil acudir para comprar un Google Chromecast que ordenarlo en línea ya que demoraba más en llegar (Linio) o simplemente no lo tenían (Amazon) e incluso lo pude conseguir más barato que en Walmart así como la versión más reciente. Ojalá perduren mucho tiempo las tiendas físicas, a diferencia de su contraparte en EEUU.
Excellent electronics and gadget store, almost always has discounts and promotions or interest-free months. In my experience it was easier to go to buy a Google Chromecast than to order it online since it took longer to arrive (Linio) or they simply did not have it (Amazon) and I could even get it cheaper than at Walmart as well as the most recent version. Hopefully physical stores will last a long time, unlike their counterpart in the US.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes podías comprar 3 tipos pilas por un precio. Ahora las D no entran según el vendedor. Tuve que comprar por separado. Con razón esta vacia la tienda y no venden.
Before you could buy 3 types of batteries for one price. Now the D's do not enter according to the seller. I had to buy separately. No wonder the store is empty and they don't sell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente y no es opinión de una visita es de varias veces que he ido y siempre la misma experiencia, los empleados odiosos y mala leche, se me olvidó no regresa y hoy por error les di otra oportunidad ?
Terrible customer service and it is not the opinion of a visit it is of several times that I have been and always the same experience, the obnoxious employees and bad milk, I forgot not to return and today by mistake I gave them another chance ?

La honradez mostrada en estos chicos me alienta a seguir creyendo q somos más los que queremos un mejor pais, GRACIAS CHICOS regresare con mucho gusto a hacer mis compras que requiera en esta tienda
Excellent to recognize, apart from the fact that I found what I was looking for, by a mistake of mine I left 200 pesos I returned about 2 hours later and the young people kindly returned them to me. The honesty shown in these guys encourages me to continue believing that there are more of us who want a better country, THANK YOU GUYS I will gladly return to do my shopping in this store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre un cd writer en el mismo día no prendió al reclamar por la garantía la tienda se deslindo de que es con el fabricante y los datos en la caja, el hecho es que la pagina web que viene para la garantía tiene teléfonos que no contestan por lo que esta caduca o es una pantalla.
Tengan cuidado porque les van a vender dispositivos de fabricantes que no tienen garantía en México y solo se deslindadn.
I bought a cd writer on the same day, it did not turn on when claiming for the warranty, the store said that it was with the manufacturer and the data in the box, the fact is that the web page that comes for the warranty has phones that do not answer for what is expired or is a screen.
Be careful because they are going to sell you devices from manufacturers that have no warranty in Mexico and only demarcate themselves.
