El trámite fue fácil y cumplieron con el reembolso del monto de la compra por medio de una tarjeta virtual. Con esa pudimos comprar otro producto con una pequeña diferencia que se paga en el momento.
 Good attention and service. The product I bought unfortunately broke down and I had bought the extended warranty. The process was easy and they were able to refund the purchase amount through a virtual card. With that we were able to buy another product with a small difference that is paid at the moment.
