★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo su servicio de recoge en tienda. Llevo mas de un mes llamando, quejandome y no solucionan nada. Desde la señorita que esta ahi y no sabe ni lo que se le pregunta hasta el encargado de la tienda, no te saben responder o darte una explicacion. Cuando solicite el telefono de servicio al cliente ni siquiera hicieron el intento de darmelo, y cuando solicite mi devolucion, muy groseramente me dijeron que ellos no se hacen responsables de las compras en linea, a pesar de que ellos mismos las estan promocionando. Fue pesima la atencion. Tanto que tuve que buscar atencion en las otras dos tiendas de cuernavaca. Ya levante mi demanda con PROFECO porque lo que hicieron se llama estafa.
 Very bad your pick up service in store. I've been calling for more than a month, complaining and they don't solve anything. From the lady who is there and does not even know what is being asked to the manager of the store, they do not know how to answer or give you an explanation. When I asked for the customer service phone number they didn't even try to give it to me, and when I asked for my refund, they very rudely told me that they are not responsible for online purchases, even though they are promoting them themselves. The attention was terrible. So much so that I had to seek attention in the other two Cuernavaca stores. I already raised my claim with PROFECO because what they did is called a scam.
