Terrible service takes longer than the time they tell you and you talk again and they answer that you would have asked for it earlier! ? That is 2 hours before !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dijeron que llegaban en 15 minutos, estuve esperando junto a la puerta por una hora y cuando hablé para preguntar me dijeron que “estuvieron afuera tocando por 10 minutos”. Pésimo servicio y muy grosero el que atiende el teléfono.
They said they would arrive in 15 minutes, I was waiting by the door for an hour and when I spoke to ask they told me that "they were outside playing for 10 minutes". Terrible service and very rude who answers the phone.

Bad service you talk and "they say" goes there and never comes, dial again and say: in 5 min and what do you think? never arrived. THAT, IF IT IS THAT YOU ANSWER .... and so ask for increases ... pffff
