★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a beautiful place, people are very nice, but the service in the restaurant is awful. THEY GAVE ALL MY FAMILY FOOD POISONING! The chicken they served was spoiled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a wedding, did not stay. Location is a little far away from cuernavaca, expect a 40 minutes ride. Service was good but not great, could easily get better, the place is expensive. Gardens are very pretty and is a good place for a social event.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, very scenic great for photos no fridge, no full length mirrors, room service ends too early...biggest problem front reception does not speak English. ...important for hotels to have staff that speaks English. 5 five night stay no English speaking reception staff in the evenings :(
