★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We chose this hotel based on price and reviews. Happy to say the good reviews are accurate. We encountered no issues during our stay. The hotel was very quiet during the sleeping hours. The breakfast was very good. TV, refrigerator, shower, toilet, etc. all worked fine. I liked that the sink was outside the bathroom. Yes, very nice hotel. The hotel is undergoing a renovation so be understanding. We were put into a newly renovated room and it was very nice. The bed was comfortable, room clean and relaxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The view inside the hotel. The beds are solid. Negative: The room doesn¿t have Air conditioner - there is a switch for a fan inside a closet but no temperature control AC. Luckily that time it was not too hot at night and I had to open the patio door for fresh air. The drawback, Mosquito bites.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived at this hotel ?️ ?️ late in the evening ?. It has a spectacular view overlooked Guadalajara. My taxi ? passed by beautifully decorated homes ?️ and condos on the way to my hotel room. My room was spacious with a private balcony with a view of Guadalajara. It is very quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed the shower ??? with 3 spouts. I slept very well before my early flight ✈️✈️✈️ at Guadalajara Airport. I would love to return to enjoy the pool

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place at night is amazing you can see the whole city, room service was amazing and the restaurant too. my only two complaint was that when I arrived to the hotel and try to do my check in they treat me like I was lying about my reservation because my travel agency did the reservation on my husband name instead of my but I show my reservation number and the confirmation number and they didn’t want to check until I say my husband name they say they had the reservation but they gave me attitude. The second complaint I had was that the our ac wasn’t working so I call front staff they told me maintenance was going to come and they never show up. I only had those 2 problems. The room was clean and big.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel itself consists of a series of very pretty bungalows, but the location is inconvenient (no restaurants, bars, shops, or museums close by). Also, it needs maintenance and the food at the restaurant was horrible. The pool water was cloudy. Still, employees were very nice and polite.
