A five star hotel in every sense of the word. Has a lot of amenities and extremely friendly staff. Located at quite a distance from the airport, but still quite accessible by public transport. Has a bar and a restaurant which has some of the best Mexican delicacies. The rooms and room service is great as well.

Beautiful but a bit run down. Room was spacious. Bed and linens clean and comfy. Bathroom had some minor mold issue. Restaurant staff sometimes pushy with requests for tips for a buffet breakfast, not that they don't deserve a tip, please tip them and remember the exchange rate but maybe the hotel should pay them better.

Pretty nice hotel, I'd classify it as 4 stars. Clearly a lot of conferences happen here. Almost every other guest appears to be here on business. The room and bathroom are a good size. The bed is extremely comfortable. The shower is awesome. The staff was very helpful to us and even went way out of their way to do things for us. The lobby is very nice and is open up to the roof, which makes for a very wide-open feeling. The only negative is that some things feel a bit out of date but it is still a very nice hotel. I would stay here again.

Stayed 1 night during a business trip: the reception staff were very helpful and communicated clearly in English and Spanish. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of hot and cold food options. The room was an appropriate size and had amenities typical to U.S. hotels: travel size shampoo, conditioner, and lotion plus a hairdryer, ironing board and iron. Unfortunately the bed linens were dirty: hairs were all over the pillow cases and there were a variety of stains on the sheets. Hopefully this level of cleanliness is not the norm for the otherwise nice hotel, but it does mean I will be looking into other hotel options for future visits.

Great service, you can notice the effort they put on details. The room was very clean and the furniture was just like being home. The conference hall is big enough. The WiFi is fast. The location is good if you want to visit a mall. I enjoy my visit. The Sunday breakfast buffet is delicious.

Great service, clean, good food, excellent and affordable if you want to stay near Xochimilco, Perisur or any spot in the south of Mexico city

I always feel like I am shilling for this hotel, but every single time I stay here the service is superb, the food is fantastic, and my stay is super comfortable. The rooms are spacious and the wifi is strong. I had several online meetings and did not experience issues. My only complaint is that they didn't have the buffet breakfast for a while, but it's back now.

The hotel staff is absolutely fantastic: they made our stay much better. However, the hotel has a lot of design flaws that make the in-room experience less than comfortable. Examples: a) Power outlets are blocked by alarm clocks affixed to the night tables, b) Plugging something into some of the power outlets, pushes into the off position the on/off switch of the lights, c) the tub/shower is extremely difficult to get in or out - impossible for an elderly person, d) the door bump of the restroom is in the floor exactly where one steps out of the shower, creating an additional hazard to the difficulty on getting out, e) the ceiling of the shower/tub is extremely low - somebody taller than 6 ft would hit his/her head in the ceiling, f) the faucet in the bathroom sink was installed too close to the edge of the sink - as a result water always gets out and there is now mold growing in the area where the sink joins the counter, g) the glass door to the tub/shower does not close properly so water always gets out during/after taking a shower.
