Fue muy a resolutivo a mis peticiones del trabajo a mi auto y por parte del trabajo entregado a mi vehículo también fue bueno, en general creo que puedo hablar muy bien de RAE SERVICE y este tipo de temas es muy difícil encontrar a una empresa que te haga bien el trabajo y RAE es la excepción. Me explico cada detalle o duda que pudiera tener. En lo personal a sido la mejor atención dada en un taller , que como mujer a veces no nos dan o uno no sabe bien . S	Sergio Rios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ veo que hay buenos comentarios pero después de ser su cliente pienso que muchos son de sus propios conocidos. después del choque en un nissan march, ademas de que se tardaron un mes en entregármelo , repararon las piezas dañadas y se quedaron con las nuevas, y como lo supe? porque las identifique con mis iniciales, algo que no se esperaban. ademas me entregaron un faro (que pague porque no venia incluido) sin socket y sin bulbo, se quedaron con el faro viejo y pegaron el arness con cola-loca (hasta que hizo corto y se despego). Levante una queja con la Lic. Hilda de calidad de ABBA pero ignoro mi solicitud hasta que la reporte al 01800 de ABBA y me reemplazaron solamente la parrilla sin el logo. Mi recomendación...evitense de problemas, pidan su reembolso en efectivo y lleven su coche a un taller de confianza. Cuando me chocaron mi carro, quedé devastada: ¿cómo iría al trabajo?, etc. Lo peor es cuando el choque no es tu culpa, pero es tu carro el que queda destrozado y la camionetota del responsable se va de rositas. El primer pensamiento es: nunca más saldrá el carro del taller, pasaré la vida en espera hablándole. Esta predicción negativa no sucedió: Adán siempre respondió a todas mis preguntas y me mantuvo al tanto de la reparación de mi carro. Siempre me cumplió con todos los plazos que me dijo y su atención fue siempre muy atenta. Muchas veces uno va a un taller y siente que no le hacen caso, que es una “pieza más”, pero al tratar con Alán sentí que en verdad entendía que no es “solo un coche” que es más, que juega un papel importante en la rutina familiar y sentí que en verdad se preocupó por hacer un excelente trabajo y entregar el coche cuanto antes. No estuve marcándole y esperando por horas “en espera” y siempre me atendió con paciencia y comprensión, algo que uno valora muchísimo después de haber tratado con muchos talleres maleducados. Siento que Adán sí se preocupa por la historia detrás del coche, por hacer un buen trabajo y por entregar el carro de la mejor manera posible. La verdad lo único bueno del choque es haber conseguido el taller de Adán. Se nota que está allí porque le gustan los carros y que aprecia su trabajo. Estoy super agradecida con él por todo el seguimiento que le hizo a mi carro y por haberme apoyado con actualizaciones constantes en mi periodo de desesperación por no tener el coche, sin nunca perder la calma y transmitiéndome esa tranquilidad al cumplir con todos los plazos prometidos. En verdad estoy super agradecida y contenta con el trabajo que se le realizó al coche y recomiendo muchísimo este taller. La próxima vez que necesite algo para mi coche, iré allí seguro.
