Experiencia propia, tengo sobre peso, no hago ejercicio y pude lograr el recorrido, aveces se deben dejar los temores y lograr los objetivos.
Si es una persona experta, el nivel 4 demostrará su destreza y capacidad física.
Es mejor hacerlo temprano por el Sol e Hidratarse muy bien.
Si tienen cámara Gopro traiganlas.

The activities require a certain level of condition, but they are safe and fun.
I loved the rafting which is called Barracuda...
Highly recommended for young crowds that are looking to have fun in a safe environment.
