★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, las vendedoras cuando vas a recoger el vestido ya te ignoran, lo liquide 15 días antes y fué un error, me dijo que confiara y no fué así.
Les comenté que estaba arrugado y caído el tirante y me dijeron que yo lo planchara !! y de muy mala gana me arreglaron el tirante, me tuvieron 3 horas aproposito esperando. Son vestidos bastante caros y uno hace el esfuerzo como para que ya pagado te traten de la patada y que uno mismo arregle cualquier detalle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los vestidos son muy bellos, desafortunadamente cuentan con personal que a pesar de su reitarada falta de respeto a los clientes sigue trabajando aquí sin que la GERENCIA haga algo al respecto.
En mi caso, en la tienda que se ubica en Chile 17, la encargada Magda se negó a mostrarme el vestido que a mi hija le gustó en catálogo, argumentando que si no lo encargaba ese día no tendría caso, además de que la talla era grande y no lo podía usar. Por este motivo nos retiramos de la sucursal y acudimos a Chile 34, dónde a pesar de que el vestido era grande, la srita. Griselda fue muy amable y le midió ese y otros modelos con toda la actitud.
Es muy triste que personas así ocupen estos puestos, que ganen bonos por ventas que no merecen y la gente que ama su trabajo no sea reconocida por la empresa como ejemplo a seguir.
Los invito a que no acudan a Chile 17 y mejor visiten las otras sucursales, en la foto les dejo las direcciones.

It is very sad that people like this occupy these positions, that they earn bonuses for sales that they do not deserve and that people who love their work are not recognized by the company as role models.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo depende de la tienda a la que asistas ya que son de la misma cadena más sin embargo el trato del personal es muy diferente, yo asistí a raggazza 34 y fue pésimo el servicio la señorita que está encargada de probar los vestidos me ponía cualquier excusa con el fin de que no me midiera ningún vestido y no lo tuviera que bajar y acomodar,(lo cual se supone que es su trabajo)los vestidos son muy lindos pero el precio si es un poco elevado, les recomiendo ir a cualquier sucursal excepto a la 34 por el servicio horrible que proporcionan, se ve que no quieren hacer su trabajo, en cambio en las otras sucursales incluso me daban la opción de hacer los ajustes adecuados en caso de que no hubiese de mi talla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy fui y el personal no te atiende, tal parece que no quieren vender, fui a las 2 casas para hacer una adquisición, sin embargo su poca atención hizo que mirara para otras tiendas. No ofrecen los vestidos, al parecer toman en cuenta la forma de vestir, me da la impresión que discriminan. Lamentablemente hoy mi hija se quedó con las ganas de un vestido, pero la actitud de igual forma hizo que nos fuéramos del lugar.
