Los meseros son bien aprovechados, precios exageradamente caros además que cobran cover te obligan a consumirles botellas, exigen el pago de un servicio exageradamente caro, y cuando ya no quieres consumir te quieren correr y te tratan muy mal. Si, es el modus operandi de muchos lugares, pero eso no significa que este bien. Además el lugar está súper contaminado, lleno de humo de cigarro, humo de pirotecnia, no hay ventilación o si la hay es mínima.

Me gustó demasiado el concepto, la atención de nuestro mesero estuvo poca madre, en específico las luces de la zona que tiene unas cruces está perrisima, definitivo vuelvo para disfrutar del perreo ahí

Excelente lugar. Los meseros fueron muy amables y súper atentos, en todo momento estuvieron al pendiente de lo que ocuparamos. El ambiente del lugar esta super padre. Volvería a ir sin ningún problema.

They made us wait an hour to go inside which cost us an hour of the open bar. Once we got inside the people scanning tickets didn’t give us one wristband so a friend had to buy another ticket. I won’t return.

It was a great night! Love the music and the place is very cool. I hope to get back someday with my friends yo have a blast!

Worst club ever, a group of 15 of us paid in advance for tickets including open bar for 2 hours. They wouldn't let us inside for one of those hours claiming it was full. We finally got inside and it wasnt even half full.. only 1 of the bars were open so it took tooo long to get drinks and they were watered down, so in the end it was a very disappointing night.. We won't go back there again ??

I reiterate the negative comments made by Karl Young and Milton Bohorquez (both were part of the group that I was with). I was the unfortunate last person whom the staff refused to give my prepaid wristband for the open bar, even though we could clearly show the staff that they hadn´t given us one wristband. At that point, already nearly an hour after the open bar was supposedly open, I coughed up the $200MXN that they insisted I pay just to get us inside and make the most of the rest of the time of open bar...I would have been better off going to somewhere on my own and meeting up with my friends later! Ragga can say that they weren´t fully in control of the experience when it was run by another company, well OK...my advice: don´t lease your (actually pretty good) club out to horrible tourist trap companies looking to make a quick buck off of foreigners. The club can´t take the whole blame, true, but having spoken to a Mexican friend about it afterwards, it appears that the company which ran the event are notorious for this kind of thing. Ragga should have done their research and been aware of that...either way it reflects poorly on the club. Very short-sighted business management.

They didn't let us inside untill the open bar was almost finished. Then we only managed to get 1 free drink. We even were there 30 minutes early and they made us wait outside while the bar was empty
