Me instalaron un sistema suavizador de agua y funciono correctamente los primeros 20 días, después dejo de funcionar porque al parecer estaba mal instalado pero nunca quisieron venir a corroborarlo . Optaron mejor por regresar el equipo y devolverme el dinero 4 meses después estando detrás de ellos todo el tiempo. Lo peor fue la actitud del Ing. prepotente y soberbio a diferencia de los empleados que sí fueron amables.
También me instalaron un sistema de riego que sí funcionó correctamente pero debido a la experiencia que tuve con el suavizador no volvería a contratarlos por su falta de profesionalismo.
Very bad service
They installed a water softener system and it worked correctly for the first 20 days, then it stopped working because apparently it was incorrectly installed but they never wanted to come to verify it. They chose better to return the equipment and return the money 4 months later being behind them all the time. The worst thing was the attitude of the arrogant and arrogant engineer, unlike the employees who were friendly.
They also installed an irrigation system that did work properly but due to the experience I had with the softener I would not hire them again due to their lack of professionalism.
