 Their lunch hours are at two, they eat in the same place they make you wait for the food to be able to receive your equipment in maintenance.

Lousy after-sales service they do not help you at all, they are just watching you get the money .. the vacuum is very good but the service is to be penalized by the US ... I do not recommend it at all ...

Mande mi aspiradora a servicio de mantenimiento, me la regresaron fallando y eso que me cobraron muy caro por hacerle el servicio
La fui a reclamar varias veces y la última me querían cobrar 12,000 por arreglarla.
La lleve al otro centro de servicio autorizado y me cobraron 1,500 por todo! Vaya diferencia!!
Son unos tramposos!!!

Terrible service!
I sent my vacuum cleaner to maintenance service, they returned it to me failing and that they charged me very expensive for doing the service
I went to claim it several times and the last time they wanted to charge me 12,000 to fix it.
I took her to the other authorized service center and they charged me 1,500 for everything! What a difference !!
They are cheats !!!
Waiting with these people !!!

THELMA SOLO ME DA VUELTAS, NADA ENCONGRETO, SE ME HACE UNA BURLA DE PARTE DE LA TIENDA YA QUE NO CUESTA NADA BARATA LA ASPIRADORA. DEBERIAN DE SER MAS RESPONSABLES EN LO QUE TE PROMETEN AL VENDER SU PRODUCTO.
THEIR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, I BUY A VACUUM CLEANER AND THEY WERE VERY FORMAL IN SENDING ME TO A PERSON FOR THE DEMONSTRATION OF HOW TO USE IT, TO THE DATE I SPEAK OR COMMAND MESSAGES AND THE MISS. THELMA JUST TURNS ME THROUGH, NOTHING IN CONGRESS, I MAKE A MISCONCEPTION FROM THE STORE SINCE THE VACUUM CLEANER DOES NOT COST ANYTHING. THEY SHOULD BE MORE RESPONSIBLE IN WHAT THEY PROMISE YOU WHEN SELLING THEIR PRODUCT.
