★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es increíble el lugar, yo suelo estar por la zona ya que trabajo cerca y desde hace un mes es de mis lugares favoritos para comer dentro de la zona.
Ya que el concepto que maneja es bueno y con buen potencial que Tratan de ser lo más tradicionales pero con raros ingredientes mexicanos.
Solo que hay un comentario abajo que me dejo con la duda, sobre el atún. Es un lugar que realmente las. Cosas son al día, y claramente el pescado no debe ser opción, por lo que eh visto y platicado con los chef's suelen manejar "Atún Aleta Azul" pero haciendo casi una excepción al Akami, ya que por el trabajo y zona, la gente no suele pedir Akami. Puede que el comentario sobre que el "Atún tenía cartílago" se refiriera al "Oh toro" , que realmente es la parte más grasosa del atún y si, contiene "nervio" pero en su caso es tan delgado que no se percibe si quiera cuando lo estas degustando.
Cualquier duda me comprometo a que los chef's o personal del restaurante pueden responder. ???
The place is incredible, I am usually in the area since I work nearby and for a month it has been one of my favorite places to eat in the area.
Since the concept that it manages is good and with good potential, they try to be the most traditional but with rare Mexican ingredients.
Only that there is a comment below that left me with the doubt, about the tuna. It is a place that really las. Things are up to date, and clearly fish should not be an option, from what I have seen and talked to the chefs, they usually handle "Blue Fin Tuna" but making almost an exception to the Akami, since because of the work and the area, people do not Akami usually asks. Perhaps the comment about the "Tuna had cartilage" was referring to the "Oh bull", which is really the fattest part of the tuna and yes, it contains "nerve" but in his case it is so thin that it is not even noticeable when you are tasting it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se ve que lo pusieron con mucho esfuerzo , pero honestamente tienen que mejorar muchísimo sus alimentos , todo esta terrible, es el peor rollo de sushi que me he comido en la vida , empezando por el arroz , deshecho , húmedo , con arroces crudos ,incomible.
El atún “fresco” del poke estaba lleno de cartílago y tenia sabor súper fuerte a pescado , existe mucha competencia como para que se atrevan a servir la calidad de alimentos que me tocó probar.
Ojalá mejoren
Sorprendente como no pueden lidiar con un mal comentario , que hacen que sus amigos los califiquen como lo mejor ,después de mi review ,cuando la verdad es todo lo contrario.
Los comentarios no son para hacer daño son para que mejoren , que mal que no lo tomen así.
Dudo que duren , más si no hacen cambios drásticos en su cocina y administración.

Surprising how they can't deal with a bad comment, that makes their friends rate them as the best, after my review, when the truth is quite the opposite.
The comments are not to hurt, they are to improve, too bad they don't take it that way.
I doubt they will last, especially if they don't make drastic changes in their kitchen and administration.
