★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay seriedad en el trabajo, incapaces de dar una fecha de entrega, disponen del tiempo de uno, no son profesionales.
Aquí la lista de pendientes que aún sigue teniendo el edificio:
1. Limpieza en área de tinacos (por favor entregar limpia, hay nidos de palomas y las palomas encucian los cristales y paredes del edificio)
3. Interfón (no hay)
4. No hay contratos de agua, gas y luz.
5. No hay vigilancia. (ustedes nos vendieron el proyecto con vigilancia 24/4 al menos el primer año)
6. Buzón (mal colocado y de mala calidad)
7. No hay lobby. (Nos vendieron el edificio con lobby, no existe ni una mesa donde poner al vigilante)
8. Hay goteras en el roof garden.
9. Escaleras fracturadas.
10. Humedad en el edificio.
11. Luz en el interior (Falta un sensor donde comienzan las escaleras.)
12. Limpieza general del edificio. (Por la obra se genera polvo y los pasillos están llenos de este mismo)
13. No hay contenedores de basura.
14. Falta pintura en los pasillos. (la zona de la bomba de agua no está pintada)
15. ¿qué pasa con los servicios de áreas comunes? (como agua, luz, etc, ¿hay contratos?)
16. Hoja de garantía del edificio.
17. Mobiliario del roof garden. (nos lo ofrecieron)
18. Llaves del área común. (No hay llaves de entrada a roof ni puerta de tanque de gas)
19. Iluminación en el exterior del edificio.
20. Ductos del cable de internet están tapados.
21. Planos generales del edificio. (no tenemos)

1. Cleaning in the water tank area (please deliver clean, there are pigeon nests and pigeons litter the windows and walls of the building)
3. Intercom (none)
4. There are no contracts for water, gas and electricity.
5. There is no surveillance. (you sold us the project with 24/4 surveillance at least the first year)
6. Mailbox (poorly placed and of poor quality)
7. There is no lobby. (They sold us the building with a lobby, there is not even a table to put the security guard)
8. There are leaks in the roof garden.
9. Fractured stairs.
10. Humidity in the building.
11. Interior light (A sensor is missing where the stairs begin.)
12. General cleaning of the building. (Dust is generated by the work and the corridors are full of it)
13. There are no garbage containers.
14. Missing paint in hallways. (the water pump area is not painted)
15. What about common area services? (like water, electricity, etc, are there contracts?)
16. Building warranty sheet.
17. Roof garden furniture. (they offered it to us)
18. Keys to the common area. (There are no keys to enter the roof or gas tank door)
19. Lighting outside the building.
20. Internet cable ducts are plugged.
21. General plans of the building. (we do not have)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una inmonliaria que deja mucho que desear, el primer contacto que tuvimos con ellos fue mediante una vendedora, aún no terminaban de construir pero el departamento muestra aprentemente se veía bien.
Compramos con el compromiso de que la entrega sería en Noviembre.
Para principios de Enero nos mudamos con aún muchos pendientes tanto del departamento como de edificio completo, poniendo fechas límite para terminar, cosa que hasta el día de hoy siguen pendientes y siguen postergando las fechas e incluso ya no contestan los mensajes y los pocos pendientes que han intentado solucionar lo han hecho mal.
No son nada de lo que aparentan ser, no saben que es el servicio al cliente, son nefastos y mentirosos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomiendo no comprar ni rentar en los desarrollos de esta inmobiliaria, los edificios tienen demasiados vicios ocultos. En caso de comprar o rentar, verificar bien el tema de ductería de gas, red eléctrica, interfon, agua potable, medidores de electricidad, extintores, señalización, tapas de cisternas, etc.., no los recomiendo, excepto hagas una revisión exhaustiva antes. Y tomes tus precauciones. Muy lentos en cumplir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el servicio, prometen cosas que no cumple , al final quienes dan la cara por la empresa, nunca se hacen responsables y dan miles de pretextos, eso si, les URGE que les pagues y eres puntual, formal, ellos claramente NO, no es una empresa recomendable. No gasten su dinero por un mal trago.. Nada que ver lo que me “vendieron” a que lo entregan.
The service is terrible, they promise things that it does not fulfill, in the end those who stand up for the company, never take responsibility and give thousands of excuses, that if, they URGE you to pay them and you are punctual, formal, they clearly NO, it is not a recommendable company.
