El masaje tailandés proporcionó estiramientos profundos y relajantes que realmente despertaron mi cuerpo. Durante el masaje terapéutico se utilizaron aceites esenciales calmantes. Aparte de la técnica excelente, Adriana tiene la maravillosa energía de una verdadera sanadora. También disfruté de su clase de yoga Hatha mientras estaba de visita. Definitivamente la visitaré cada vez que esté en Mérida. I had two massages during my stay in Merida, and both experiences were incredible. It can range from the happy ending parlors, to amateurs who just pet you for an hour. I have received massages in over 30 countries and experienced just about every permutation of the term. Thus I was so happy to find a therapist who has actually received training in a wide variety of therapeutic techniques at Raksa Holistica. I fell off my bicycle and injured my right shoulder, hip and leg. Two sessions and I was fixed, including the leveling of my shoulders, which have been uneven since my accident. I recommend Raska Holistica without reservation to anyone with chronic or acute conditions. You will be glad to did.

She’s is a skilled therapist, in tune with your body’s needs and does a wonderful job of sharing her talents with you. The massage is performed in a sweet space, comfortable in all the ways you would expect, conveniently located away from the busy city center, but not too far, parking is easily available right I front of the location. A highly suggested visit while you are here in Merida, and a bonus is she speaks English well for those of us who are still learning the language.
