Great place to stay.

Clean place. But the food not so great

Great place ,was looking forward to using the pool but it was under construction ..but cool place

My "boss" stays here all the time. Good place I guess

ABSOLUTELY MUST STAY HERE! The staff are all amazing and incredibly helpful. The breakfast is amazing and the hotel is very modern and very clean. My only regret is that I could not stay longer because this hotel alone made my trip a wonderful experience!!

I love this hotel every time I go to aguascalientes I book here but this last time my check out was not very pleasant I stayed for 12 days and the last day I came down with my luggage as I exit the elevator to walk to the check out counter I heard the receptionist telling me you can't be with out a mask and, , I get it I know I had yo have a mask but I had it in my car so I told her as I was carrying a whole lot of luggage yes I have it in my car but she didn't even paid attention to me she continued to tell me about the mask didn't even offer to give me one if she really needed me to hurry and put one on the I told her I'm checking out she said leave your cards on the box. There was a clear box to drop off the door card keys.So I went ahead and dropped them in there, as I went to my car and put my luggage in, I came back and told her that I would have appreciated a little more courtesy and concern on her part, first off I just spent 12 days in this hotel I couldn't even hold all my luggage,,, I mean a little more friendliness and courtesy would have been expected How was your stay? Do you need some help? Any problems ? Do you need a mask? Her name is Marilu and I think she needs a little more training in customer service.
