Excellent service very clean environment love the food! Highly recommend the hamburgesa de res! Our room was perfect beds are so therapeutic soft i didnt want to get off! we had such a site of this beautiful town! I am satisfied and will definitely come back again!

Friendly staff, decent rooms. Only issues I have is not alot of space for clothes when you are staying for more than a week. Also tv is a little small. But other than that the food was good there. I recommend this hotel for families or younger people. Not really for business

Nice room, a little small but it was ok. The shower on the seventh floor had little to no pressure, so it was difficult to take a shower. Breakfast was included and was varied, so that was good. However, the flavor wasn't what I expected.

Nice hotel, only downside, when you tell them how much % to tip, make sure they give you the correct change. Twice in a row the bar gave me change relating to a higher tip than I told them!

It's an excellent hotel, it's comfortable, the breakfast is simple but delicious. There is a gym and a beautiful pool. I recommend this hotel, it's one of my favorite.

First of all, a big thank you to Valeria from reservations, she’s a valuable asset in this hotel and I hope she gets the proper recognition for her professionalism and kind service. She was a main factor in my decision to reserve my group in this property. As for the hotel, my first impression was that it was clean and well kept, everything worked as expected and the fact that we never had to call for anything means that everyone did their job as expected. The included breakfast was acceptable, It was a good beginning of our days in Querétaro. I must mention that the hotel is far from downtown, there’s no public transportation to get there so your only option is asking assistance to arrange a cab for $150MX. If you want to rest and stay away from the crowds in a quiet area then this is a good option, if you prefer to stay where the action is then this isn’t your best choice. The surroundings were safe, right next to the hotel there’s a convenience store that came in very handy. A 10 minute walk put us right into a nice shopping mall, Antea or something, where there were a few options for dinner, a movie theater and plenty of shops to lure you into spending some money. Across the street in front of the hotel there was a bar, we didn’t visit but it seemed a good option for some live music and a few drinks. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel if your plans in Queretaro include visits to Tequisquiapan, Bernal and the other towns worth visiting. If our travels bring us back to Queretaro this property will definitely be on the top of our list.

First of all, the cleaning service is good. But that’s was all. - Bad/slow service at the Restaurant - Wifi is doesn’t work often - The laundry is very expensive - The elevator stucked with my friends inside - If you need a check for your company you have to ask more than three times I will go back to Holiday Inn. They are much better!

Update: On our way back to the US, we decided to rest for the night at this hotel once again, unfortunately this time they refused to rent us a room with our two small pets. The first time they let us stay but charged us almost $1000 pesos for both pets. So I don’t understand why they denied us the second time. Great stay but dinner was bland and tasteless. The margarita was great though.
