★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asian brands of instant noodles are better than this. Zero authenticity. The toppings mask an insipid attempt at broth, noodle texture is for the toothless. Boba were hard inside and degenerating to mush on the outside. I hate food waste but had to leave it. There is authentic Japanese ramen in Mexico, just not at this place. Two star rating for fast WiFi and drone videos of interesting travel destinations on the TV.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ramen was exceptionally good. Really good broth, noodles perfectly cooked. Also had veggie Gyoza which was really good. Menu is small, but perfectly adequate.
The location is very nice inside and stylishly modern. The seating is not very comfortable tho. Hard chairs with no backs and no cushions.
There were a couple of empty tables that had some food crumbs on it that wasn't cleaned up. Not a big deal since we just moved to another clean table, but not a great sign when you first walk in.
The staff was nice and friendly and the bill was down right cheap for what we got. Will definitely be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was probably the worst Ramen I have ever had. Coming from the Pacific Northwest and used to eating authentic Japanese Ramen with good quality ingredients this just didn't cut it. The pictures looked great and the presentation was ok but the noodles were horrible and the broth was salted off the charts. The pork belly was charred and tasted burnt. Interior is stark, cold and uninviting. I won't be coming back.
