★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puedes encontrar todo para la suspensión de tu vehículo, manejan varias marcas y precios, te hacen cotizaciones muy rápido y te ofrecen varias alternativas, por lo regular hay bastante gente pero los atienden pronto y llevan muy bien las medidas de higiene, una excelente opción para reparar tu auto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hablé para la cotización de unas piezas y pésima atención, mas de 15 minutos para que me contestaran y cuándo me atendieron me dejaron esperando y me colgaron , luego volví marcar y nefasto éste tipo, para empezar le estaba gritando a todos y luego al final de la cotización se molestó y me colgó por no encargar el pedido, jamás vuelvo a pedir informes ni comprar en está tienda.
I spoke for the quote of some pieces and terrible attention, more than 15 minutes for them to answer me and when they attended me they left me waiting and hung up on me, then I dialed again and this guy was disastrous, to begin with he was yelling at everyone and then at the end of the quote got upset and hung up on me for not placing the order, I will never ask for reports or buy in this store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De que sirve que te ahorres 50 o 100 pesos si para empezar que te contesten el teléfono es un logro! Cuando te contestan de dejan mínimo 10 min y después te cuelgan, y si corres con la suerte que te vuelvan a contestar es problable que suceda lo mismo.
He optado por sus vecinos FAMA que fueron primeros en abrir.
What's the use of saving 50 or 100 pesos if to start with answering the phone is an achievement! When they answer you, they leave you for at least 10 minutes and then they hang up on you, and if you're lucky they answer you again, the same thing is likely to happen.
I have opted for its FAMA neighbors who were the first to open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece que tienen los precios más bajos de la zona (comparando con FAMA) siempre están atendiendo ya sea en persona o por teléfono por lo que siempre andan muy ocupados. (Por eso es que cuando uno habla por teléfono lo dejan esperando chorro mil horas). Cotice unos amortiguadores KyB y me dijeron "tal precio es por hoy ya mañana suben" y dije a OK. Fui con mi mecánico y decidí adquirir ahí en esa distribuidora; y no había pasado más de una hora y ya habían subido los precios. Ni hablar, adquirí en FAMA aun que me salieron un poco más caras las piezas que requería.
It seems to me that they have the lowest prices in the area (compared to FAMA) they are always attending either in person or by phone so they are always very busy. (That's why when you talk on the phone they leave you waiting for a thousand hours). I quoted some KyB shock absorbers and they told me "that price is for today and tomorrow it will go up" and I said OK. I went with my mechanic and decided to buy there at that distributor; and it hadn't been more than an hour and the prices had already gone up. Not to mention, I bought in FAMA even though the parts I required were a little more expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dan buen precio y te atienden bien...solo que sus teléfonos no funcionan casi siempre y te atienden mal por teléfono y cuando te contestan despues de 100/ si nos les haces pedido se molestan.
They give a good price and they serve you well...only their phones don't work almost always and they treat you poorly on the phone and when they answer after 100/ if you ask us they get annoyed.
