★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solamente he acudido una vez a este lugar y fue a las 7 am; Primeramente me impresionó la infraestructura del lugar (muy buena), pero después noté que el servicio al cliente era realmente malo (con malas caras, lo cual se podría considerarse puesto que la hora en que fui era muy temprano, pero aun así, las personas de servicio al cliente deben cubrir esta función de buen trato al cliente, sea la hora que sea).
Pedí una prueba rápida (en otro laboratorio me entregaron resultados en menos de 45 minutos) y aquí me dijeron que hasta las 10 am o hasta las 5 pm y por casi el doble de costo que en el laboratorio que ya había ido...
En resumen, buena infraestructura, mal servicio al cliente, muy tardado y muy costoso.
I have only come to this place once and it was at 7 am; First I was impressed by the infrastructure of the place (very good), but later I noticed that the customer service was really bad (with bad faces, which could be considered since the time I went was very early, but even so, the people customer service must cover this function of good customer service, whatever time it is).
I asked for a quick test (in another laboratory they gave me results in less than 45 minutes) and here they told me that until 10 am or until 5 pm and for almost twice the cost than in the laboratory that had already gone ...
In summary, good infrastructure, bad customer service, very time consuming and very expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me urgía un resultado me dijeron me lo tendrían se paso el día y nada... la cajera tiene una cara y malisima actitud hasta parece que te esta haciendo un favor y es mas caro pense que eso compensa con rapidez y fue lo peor ya nunca vuelvo o recomendare aqui
