A	Alondra Salazar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper mal todo, la contadora es una persona súper despota y humillativa, casi pierdo mi cita de huellas y fotos porque no me quería mandar la confirmación del DS-160 como si uno no estuviera pagando por un servicio, ni siquiera llevamos asesor de viaje el que iba manejando la camionetita en la que íbamos era el que nos decía dónde formarnos y es todo, igual pensé que nos iríamos en un camión, fuimos en una camioneta tipo van toda incómoda, pague por una persona extra y el conductor me dijo que se podía quedar en la habitación en lo que llegábamos de la embajada si tenía cómo hablarle cuando regresáramos (obviamente no iba a tener como hablarle porque no llevaba celular) y cuando llegamos nos estuvimos una hora más ahí en el hotel, o sea que mi mamá se estuvo deoquis en el lobby del hotel, e igualmente el conductor iba usando el celular cuando manejaba, en conclusión pésima organización para todo, no lo recomiendo para nada, si pueden paguen solo para que les llenen el DS-160 porque de verdad tú mismo puedes irte a formar a la embajada, cobran mucho dinero para el pésimo servicio que brindan. Tienes que pagar más. En mi caso fueron 500 más. Cosa que no debería de ser porque estas apartando tu lugar. * En oficina no te asesoran ni te dicen que llevar a menos que preguntes. * No viajan en camión son una camionetas de turistas super incómodas que las personas van como sardinas, no todos se reclinan y los cinturones de seguridad no sirven. * El chófer que nos toco manejó super feo. Hicimos 6 horas 20 min a Monterrey. Rebasaba en línea continua e iba con el celular manejando. Lousy service. Nothing else because I have to put a star but for me I do not put any. Me empezaron a cambiar de asesor y cada vez que iba no sabían de mi contrato o no lo encontraban y era de otra vez preguntarme todos los datos. Después para acabarla se equivocaron en los datos y ya estando en la visa me tuvieron que regresar hacer fila de nuevo. La verdad el peor servicio que he contratado y aparte me subieron el precio (entiendo que todo sube, pero al principio de mi contrato me dijeron que me iban a respetar ese precio y no fue así).
