★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lets get something out of the way, the building ain't pretty, however the ride from Guanajuato to the restaurant is amazing, climbing up through Sierra de Santa Rosa. Now the food, everything was really good, from the Cafe de Olla sweetened with piloncillo, to the pastry and best of all my chilaquiles with beans an steak. Its been a long time since I've had a really good Mexican Breakfast

In the middle of the Sierra about 20 minutes from downtown Guanajuato your find this restaurant. Very authentic, Mexican cuisine.
