★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una experiencia maravillosa, atendida por el Sr. Clif quien es el dueño de dicho Rancho y me dió una explicación muy amplia y explícita del proceso que se lleva a cabo desde que se planta hasta la elaboracion del café para su consumo. Su trato fué amable y amigable. Me habló también de sus árboles frutales, como el del limón, la lima, la macadamia, del plantío del bambú y me llevó a hacer un recorrido completo de todo el Rancho.
I had a wonderful experience, attended by Mr. Clif who is the owner of the Rancho and gave me a very broad and explicit explanation of the process that takes place from planting to the preparation of coffee for consumption. His treatment was kind and friendly. I also spoke of his fruit trees, such as lemon, lime, macadamia, the planting of bamboo and led me to do a complete tour around the ranch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing tours in English or Spanish! You'll be hard pressed to find a better coffee farm to see in North America (especially for English speakers). Cliff and his wife do an amazingly detailed job going over everything involved in growing and making coffee including genetics, breeds, seeds, climate, growing season, processing, labor, etc. Not costly, amazing views (but a slightly harrowing drive up), very thorough, fresh coffee samples on site, lots of puppies, just an incredible experience. It's not the easiest place to get to, but super worth the time spent. Even if the roads look sketchy, Google Maps will get you there.
Tips: wear long sleeves and pants (bugs), bring water, enjoy yourself!
Bonus: if you like animals, they keep a ton of dogs and chickens around!
