★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for hospitality (well, complete lack of). So, I reserved a 3-bedroom casita in May for my sister's wedding. I didn't want to bother with having to drive elsewhere after the party since I had 4 small kids with me. Anyway, when we arrived, there was nowhere to sign in but after a little communication between the staff, we were taken up to the casita. There was no explanation of who we could contact if we needed anything or when checkout was or any other information. Well, there was a storm that night and the place flooded. I mean, we couldn't walk out of the bedrooms because it was so wet. We had to lay down all of the towels we had to try and prevent the rooms from being flooded as well. Also, there was no phone in the casita so I had no one to call. I ended up sending a message to the person that I booked with but no one got back to me; ever. We sucked it up overnight then in the morning, I had no idea where to checkout. We walked to the front of the rancho (where guests were being greeted for the wedding the previous day), thinking there might be someone there who could at least call a cab for us. No one. The only person we ever saw that morning was the man at the entrance gate. I called a cab, waited, never saw anyone else and left. It was a terrible disappointment. I paid well over $500 (USD) for that ONE night and received NO service. Beautiful place but would never stay there again.
