★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor experiencia de mi vida, sucedió en este lugar, nula respuesta ante las emergencias, el encargado en vez de solucionar corrió antes de alertar a todos los ocupantes de las cabañas a que se resguardarán, que había enjambre de abejas africanas (grandísimo) justo en la cabaña que estábamos ocupando, a consecuencia de esto uno de nuestros perritos murió a causa de las picaduras. Pedí el extintor y nos dijo que solo había uno y estaba justo dentro de la cabaña, tuvimos que salir a donde hubiera señal para pedir ayuda a protección civil, todo lo hicimos nosotros porque no tienen personal capacitado para reaccionar ante cualquier contingencia. Gracias a Dios que había dos médicos en el grupo que atendieron a los que resultaron con más picaduras, de nuestra mascota ni que decir, se mostraron completamente insensibles diciendo que mejor que se haya muerto el perrito en vez que uno de nosotros y que ellos han perdido caballos de 300 mil. Cero empatía.
The worst experience of my life, it happened in this place, no response to emergencies, the manager instead of solving ran before alerting all the occupants of the cabins to take shelter, that there was a swarm of African bees (huge) just in the cabin that we were occupying, as a result of this one of our puppies died from the bites. I asked for the fire extinguisher and he told us that there was only one and it was right inside the cabin, we had to go to where there was a signal to ask for help from civil protection, we did everything ourselves because they do not have trained personnel to react to any contingency. Thank God that there were two doctors in the group who treated those who had the most bites, from our pet needless to say, they were completely insensitive saying that the puppy had better die than one of us and that they have lost 300 thousand horses. Zero empathy.
