★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio. Venimos desde lejos y ni pudimos entrar. Todo el camino que recorrimos para traernos una mala experiencia. Una señora mal educada y con mal carácter de cabello corto que iba en cuatrimoto desde ella nos dio información y pésima. Prácticamente no nos quiso rentar porque ni las cabañas nos quiso mostrar a menos que la rentaramos cuando venimos de tan lejos a quedarnos por recomendaciones. Espero mejoren su personal, ya que pierden clientes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para desconectarte, considera que desde Villa del carbón son aproximadamente 25 minutos en camino de terracería, a cambio al llegar encontrarás un lugar maravilloso enclavado en el bosque. El servicio es muy amable, en particular de Adriana, cuando fuimos no llegaba bien la señal de celular, estaba muy intermitente y el WiFi no funcionaba, para que lo consideres. La cabaña tenía TV y un DVD puedes llevar una película para pasar la noche en el bosque.

El colchón horrible, los resortes no te dejan descansar, el toallero pegado con cinta, los cristales de la puerta unos transparentes y uno pegado con cinta, el agua sale tibia, nunca caliente. Hacen falta árboles alrededor de las cabañas (es lo que uno espera)
The rich breakfasts, the small cabin, but comfortable and we were not cold. The horrible mattress, the springs do not let you rest, the towel rail taped on, the glass on the door is transparent and one is taped, the water comes out warm, never hot. Trees are needed around the cabins (it is what one expects)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar. Anuncia muchas cosas de las cuales no cumple con la mayoría. De inicio no hay agua caliente para bañarse, no hay red wifi, no hay televisión (te dejan dos DVD's) por cierto uno en inglés. Su televisión no lee memorias. El lugar descuidado, polvoso, con animales como lagartijas, cucarachas, arañas, mariposas está bien que sea un lugar rústico pero una cosa no está peleada con otra. Nula atención, desde que llegas nadie te atiende, el restaurante cerrado, la disque encargada más preocupada porque le liquides la cabaña, que por las necesidades del cliente, carísima para lo poco que ofrece. No la recomiendo, parece que llegas al fin del mundo y no a algo rústico.

Es un lugar muy tranquilo y agradable.
La cabaña estaba muy limpia, cómoda y con los servicios necesarios. Luz, agua, gas, Internet.
La comida es rica pero el precio es elevado. Un desayuno con café, jugo y platillo fue de 100 pesos.

Esta muy bien para despejarse de todo ya que realmente está alejadas de todo
Un poco caro, pero lo vale de vez en cuando
Aunque mejoraría el servicio al cliente ya que el personal debería de estar más atento a los huéspedes
