★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es bonito solo hay últimas Áreas donde pueden mejorar la habitación qué dieron no servía bien la tina no había agua caliente la lozeta del baño super resbalosa nadie nos ayudo para que resolver el problema del agua.
La piscina cerca del lobo estaba Sucia muy mala imagen, llegamos al restaurante y ya no tenían alimentos y pedimos otra cosa las porciones qué nos dieron fueron muy pequeñas nos cambiaron los alimentos por lo mismo que ya no tenían tal cual su descripción de la carta y a las habitaciones les hace falta un frigorífico la atención de la recepcionista fue buena.
 The place is nice there are only last areas where they can improve the room what they gave did not work well the tub there was no hot water the bathroom tile was super slippery no one helped us to solve the water problem.
The pool near the wolf was dirty, very bad image, we arrived at the restaurant and they no longer had food and we asked for something else, the portions that they gave us were very small, they changed the food for the same thing that they no longer had as their description of the letter already the rooms need a refrigerator the attention of the receptionist was good.

El servicio es bueno, pero puede mejorar.
Respecto a la comida, el bufet podrían mejorarlo, ofreciendo mayor variedad de platillos.
El estacionamiento es amplio y podrían mejorar ofreciendo "valet parking".
No cuenta con acceso para personas en silla de ruedas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un bonito lugar con mucha vegetación y amplio jardín con área de restaurante amplio. Excelente atención, buena comida. Hay protocolo sanitario y buena limpieza. Los costos son altos de la comida, pero todo lo demás muy agradable, bonito y limpio.
A nice place with lots of vegetation and a large garden with a large restaurant area. Excellent service, good food. There is sanitary protocol and good cleaning. The costs are high for the food, but everything else very nice, nice and clean.
