★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no había refrigerador dentro de la casa, no servían los abanicos de la palapa, los aires acondicionados no bajaban del 25, no me pareció que cerraran la piscina a las 9 pm, y que no dejen entrar ni salir después de las 9pm, y ya por último que la hora de entregar la casa, me disgusto que nos presionarán para salir y entregar la casa. Saludos cordiales.
Terrible service, there was no refrigerator inside the house, the palapa fans were not served, the air conditioners did not drop to 25, it did not seem to me that they closed the pool at 9 pm, and that they did not let in or out after 9pm , and finally that the time to deliver the house, I disgust that they will pressure us to go out and deliver the house. Hay que llevar cobijas extra y el único detalle que vi es que se tiene que dejar la casa limpia para que te regresen el deposito. La limpieza debería estar incluido en la renta.

You have to bring extra blankets and the only detail I saw is that you have to leave the house clean for the deposit to be returned. Cleaning should be included in the rent.
