We spent an excellent day with the family enjoying the tranquility of the countryside. Delicious cheeses! Accompanied by a good wine and Lola (cheese teacher) who proudly told us how she does her job. Afterwards, we enjoyed a delicious 5-course menu, all with local products, from the field to the table. Excellent hosts, an experience to repeat!

The one day experience that includes the tour of the ranch, the cheese tasting and the 5-course meal is highly recommended, the service is very good, and the food is delicious. It is an ideal ride for a weekend away from CDMX.

A place full of nature. A dignified treatment of animals. Staff attention is good. The somewhat high prices for the type of spaces they have since the property is rustic, and the portions they give are small. The cheese is delicious, I think it would be more worth buying it to go, than hiring the experience package - (For the equivalent cost). Good wine, I wish there were more options, although I understand it is something secondary for them, in addition to the fact that the only one that has the bottle at $ 800 and it is not even a great reserve.

The cheeses are delicious, be careful they are matured so their flavor is strong. The tasting is very carried out by the hostess as she explains the production and maturation of each cheese and is accompanied by freshly baked house bread and honey produced there. The facilities are nice but simple and the guide makes the tour very enjoyable. Very good price quality. The house wine is not good.

Today we went to the Rancho Santa Marina. In my view, I thought it was expensive. However, once we were there, after the cheese trial and walking around, I think it is a VERY NICE PLACE. My toddler and child were very happy collecting veggies and preparing their pizzas. Nice place close to Queretaro.....

Fantastic 5 course lunch with the vino de casa which was a Syrah (not sure if 100% or a blend) that was really nice. We tried to buy a bottle to take with us but they keep all the wine they make for their tour guests. The gourmet lunch was followed by a tour of the farm (in Spanish) and then a tasting of the artisan cheeses made on site from the goats and sheep that live at the farm with a glass of the Syrah. The staff was incredibly friendly and the afternoon flowed perfectly. Not to be missed - if you're in Queretaro, set aside an afternoon to spend at this lovely place.
