★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay nada se atractivo en ese rancho, solo te venden terrenos ejidales o de cooperativa, que son muy mala inversión, porque para comprar, construir, etc; tienen que estar de acuerdo los ejidatarios y lo peor, es que si no estás atento, hasta puedes perder tu terreno porque ellos lo pueden hacer. Y no hay nada que pueda ganarles. Cuidado!!!

Rancho Tequis, Aires de Tequisquiapan y Tres Rocas, es un fraude, los 3 complejos se venden con artimañas, distintos dueños y representantes legales, son tierras ejidales, las cuales mientras no se regulen, no podrás escriturar a tu nombre, sin servicios de drenaje tampoco servicio de luz eléctrica.
Te enamoran viendo las instalaciones del club, viñedos, fabrica de cerveza, una pequeña granja y te hacen firmar para que desde el principio comiences a pagar mantenimiento el cual será de por vida, lo peor sin que cumplan en absolutamente nada, vecinos, hagan su denuncia en la fiscalía del Estado de Querétaro
