Rancho Via Organica - Part 2
Para promover el eco-turismo rural Vía Orgánica ofrece cabalgatas rurales, recorridos en bicicleta, visitas guiadas al rancho y talleres educativos, tanto en la ciudad y en la granja, así como talleres en la terraza y jardinería de traspatio, cocina, conservación de semillas, herbolaria, captación de agua, tintes naturales, construcción verde, agroforestería y restauración de ecosistemas.
Creemos que el ecoturismo comunitario, especialmente el ecoturismo rural, organizado alrededor de principios de comercio justo, puede ser una fuente de ingresos importante y necesaria para agricultores y comunidades rurales y de educación e inspiración para visitantes y para jóvenes.
Si bien San Miguel de Allende es patrimonio de la humanidad de la UNESCO y es anfitrión de cientos de visitantes mexicanos y extranjeros cada año, son muy pocos los que se aventuran en las hermosas montañas y aldeas rurales de las afueras de San Miguel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place. Not another visitor there! Great lunch in the fresh air. Cannot find the cabins on the website but i believe one can even stay here overnight?! They have bikes and helmets for rent! Great place to get kids out of the house!!

I am intrigued by their conservation and organic practices. Would love to know more about the farm. Will return one day to see where we can bicycle.
