★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vas solo por un picnic es más que suficiente asadores, áreas verdes , paseo en lancha, pesca en su laguito (te cobran lo que pescas ) y otras actividades con costo adicional ....
En las cabañas nos tocó pernoctar "solos" no vimos a partir de las 6:00 pm a nadie del personal por precaución a las 7:00 pm estábamos "encerrados" en la cabaña por qué apesar de la iluminación del lugar lo demás esta muy solo y oscuro que no da confianza en salir y menos si no hay personal que ofrezca alternativas , y solo nos quedamos a ver películas ☹️ , si no fuera por una patrulla del municipio que llegó de noche nos dió confianza para continuar nuestra estadía , está patrulla entraba y salía siento tiempo , si hay una emergencia por la noche no se cómo tendría que ser atendida ?, caminamos del área del lago hacia las cabañas por qué cierran esa zona y el tren ya no salió, el restaurante solo tenía unos cuantos platillos y aunque en sus anuncios ofrecen truchas u otros no lo tiene en venta.
El Spa no está en servicio hasta enero.
Al día siguiente usamos la regadera que tarda el agua caliente 15min en salir ?!, pasamos al área del restaurante para solicitar el desayuno continetal que incluyen en el hospedaje ( un café o te, fruta y pan tostado) si requieres más tiene costo adicional ☹️
Ya que el día anterior no nos dió tiempo de disfrutar la piscina pensábamos pasarnos todo el siguiente día ahí y tomar un paquete de sus atractivos pero ya eran las 10:00 am y no había movimiento así que salimos decepcionados del lugar y buscamos otra opción , sus cabañas están lindas muy cuidadas y con una decoración encantadora , al prender la chimenea el humo invade la cabaña ?, fue muy extenso mi comentario pero de verdad el lugar tiene potencial le hace falta más vida y obvio así sea un solo cliente por la noche NO abandonarlo a su suerte , sería perfecto si incluyen actividades nocturnas .... Mucho éxito ?

The Spa is not in service until January.
The next day we use the shower that takes 15min hot water to leave ? !, we go to the restaurant area to request the continental breakfast included in the lodging (a coffee or tea, fruit and toast) if you require more has an additional cost ☹️
Since the day before we did not have time to enjoy the pool we thought we would spend the next day there and take a package of its attractions but it was already 10:00 am and there was no movement so we left the place disappointed and we looked for another option, their cabins are beautiful, very well-kept and with a lovely decoration, when the chimney ignites the smoke invades the cabin ?, my comment was very extensive but really the place has potential it needs more life and obvious so be a single client at night DO NOT abandon it to your fate, it would be perfect if you include night activities .... Much success ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen lugar para pasar un fin de semana o una tarde en familia o con tu pareja. Si deseas quedarte puedes reservar una habitación la cual incluye desayuno al día siguiente, solo debes estar consiente de que las personas terminan su jornada laboral a las 6:00 pm por lo tanto si te quedas estarás solo, en la habitación ahí agua caliente solo que debes esperar 15 minutos para poder usarla, si tu idea es tomar un masaje lo debes reservar un día antes pero solo tienen una cama de masajes por lo cual la otra persona que desee tomarlo debe esperar aproximadamente unos 40 minutos a qué la otra persona salga, también puedes entrar al temazcal pero debes preguntar si se encuentra en uso porque ahí veces que está en reparación. Dentro del lugar puedes realizar diversas actividades como pescar, nadar, etc.
Para ir a rancholandia puedes tomar una combi en el centro de Tlaxco sin embargo está te deja en la entrada del camino a rancholandia por lo que debes caminar como 20 minutos.

To go to rancholandia you can take a combi in the center of Tlaxco however it is leaves you at the entrance of the road to rancholandia so you must walk like 20 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un terreno muy amplio, sin embargo no hay muchas opciones; el lago es pequeño, cosas para comer no hay mucho por ofrecer.
Es una opción para descansar pero no muy recomendable en mi opinión.
It is a very wide field, however there are not many options; the lake is small, things to eat there is not much to offer.
It is an option to rest but not highly recommended in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar bonito, para pasar un rato familiar. Hay renta de bicis, cuatrimotos, gotcha, hay un area infantil padre, golf, bateo, palapas con mesas y asadores, baños, snacks y restaurant, temazcal, hospedaje, y hasta una vuelta en un tren.
It is a beautiful place to spend a family time. There is rental of bikes, ATVs, Gotcha, there is a children's playground, golf, batting, palapas with tables and grills, bathrooms, snacks and restaurant, temazcal, lodging, and even a return on a train.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encantó, un lugar muy tranquilo y sobre todo bonito para ir en familia o en pareja todas las actividades son muy divertidas, solo les recomiendo llevas protector solar y balones de fútbol y voleybol para no tener que rentar
I loved it, a very quiet and especially beautiful place to go as a family or as a couple, all the activities are very fun, I only recommend you bring sunscreen and soccer and volleyball balls so you don't have to rent

Los detalles a mejorar sería que el personal que atiende en el minigolf, lanchas y cuatrimotos mínimo te sonrían o te den más información, tenían cara de pedo y como que así ni te dan ganas xD, cabe mencionar que eran niños de 16 años aprox.los que atendían en las lanchas y cuatrimotos. Cambiar las cuatrimotos, los cascos, un buen mantenimiento, etc. Eso sí, el campo para utilizar las cuatrimotos es increíble ?.
Nota: las fotos que anexo no tienen ningún tipo de filtro, el paisaje se ve tal cual en las fotos, muy colorido ?

The details to be improved would be that the staff who attend the miniature golf, boats and ATVs at least smile at you or give you more information, they had a fart face and like that you don't even want to xD, it is worth mentioning that they were children of about 16 years old. those who served in the boats and ATVs. Change ATVs, helmets, good maintenance, etc. Of course, the field to use the ATVs is incredible ?.
