★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. The lady at the phone refused to helped me. She also hanged up on me multiple times and was extremely rude. She mentioned giving service door to door only. I explained to her these loads come from Monterrey Mexico going to Alabama. I find it funny she refused to share her name with me. It is unbelievable how this company could be so unprofessional and decide to dump business on the trash just because she don't like to be proactive.
