He viajado en varias ocasiones y hasta el momento las fallas mecánicas cuando yo me desplazo y de las que he sabido han sido casi nulas. Me gustaría y sugiero que por motivos de pandemia hicieran un esfuerzo por mantener la normas sanitarias comenzando con los choferes (mínimo) a quienes he visto que no portan el cubrebocas de forma adecuada. Entiendo la parte de la informalidad del servicio, pero creo que sí nos cuidamos y hacemos el esfuerzo el riesgo y la confianza como usuario aumentaría.
It is a very functional coordinated service for people because it is cheap and accessible. I have traveled several times and so far the mechanical failures when I move and of which I have known have been almost nil. I would like and suggest that due to pandemic reasons they make an effort to maintain sanitary standards starting with the drivers (minimum) who I have seen do not wear the mask properly. I understand the informal part of the service, but I think that if we take care of ourselves and make the effort, the risk and trust as a user would increase.

It is a good economical and fast service, sometimes the drivers are quite rude and there is no order when getting on the units but otherwise it is perfect
