A muy temprana hora del día lo ponen muy helado y no toman en cuenta la opinión de los pasajeros. Son puntuales y el sus precios son buenos. En el trayecto Guzmán - Guadalajara siempre se paran para que una persona revise los boletos y se suben muchos vendedores ambulantes, a veces se pierden hasta 20 minutos ahí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues por el precio es bueno. Solo que no hay mucho cuidado en cuanto a las normas de seguridad por covid. Muchos sin cucbrebocas. O cuando están en el autobús se lo quitan. Lamentable que no haya autoridad para no dejar entrar sin cubrebicas y que lo mantengan puesto. De ahí en más pues esta ubicado cerca del centro ( san juan de dios) y ya mejoraron que tiene aire acondicionado el autobús
