★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos ladrones, lleve un iPhone 7plus para que lo arreglaran y literalmente le robaron las cámaras, le arrancaron piezas y lo dejaron inservible, no se hacen responsables y nadie da la cara, ya los denuncié en Profeco... No se arriesguen en este tipo de lugares.
They are thieves, I took an iPhone 7plus to fix it and they literally stole the cameras, they took parts off it and left it useless, they are not responsible and nobody shows their face, I already reported them in Profeco ... Do not take risks in this kind of places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la peor experiencia que he tenido con cualquier servicio de reparación, el técnico es grosero, da largas para las reparaciones todo a raíz de hacer un muy mal trabajo de revisión, ni siquiera toma bien los datos del modelo de los equipos, miente al citar para hacer la reparación, cancela a último minuto, no contestan las llamadas y al final no realiza la reparación, adicionalmente la linea de atención al cliente no funciona, una burla total. No se lo recomiendo a absolutamente a nadie.
It is the worst experience I have had with any repair service, the technician is rude, he delays for repairs all as a result of doing a very bad revision job, he does not even take the data of the equipment model well, he lies when quoting to make the repair, he cancels at the last minute, they do not answer the calls and in the end he does not make the repair, additionally the customer service line does not work, a total mockery. I do not recommend it to absolutely anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pagué por el la reparación de mi equipo hace 3 meses y, simplemente nunca la hicieron y se quedaron con mi dinero. Prometieron regresarme el dinero pero esto jamás sucedió. El técnico ha dado largas para hacerlo pero llegó al punto en el cual simplemente dejó de responder. No puede llamarse de otra forma más que un vil robo. Jamás acudan a este lugar.
I paid for my equipment repair 3 months ago and they just never did and they kept my money. They promised to return my money but this never happened. The technician has been long to do it but got to the point where he just stopped responding. It cannot be called anything other than a vile robbery. Never come to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen 3 meses con mi equipo, su supuesto supervisor se lo robo (y esto lo se porque me lo dijeron y lo tengo grabado) y ahora me darán uno de "reposición"
van 3 ocasiones en las que me citan para la entrega y me dejan esperando, una total falta de respeto hacia el cliente disponiendo de mi tiempo.
Espero se hagan cargo de la manera correcta! L
Porque lo único que hacen es decir que no saben que paso y que se disculpan.
They have 3 months with my team, their supposed supervisor stole it (and I know this because they told me and I have it recorded) and now they will give me a "replacement"
There are 3 occasions in which they quote me for the delivery and leave me waiting, a total lack of respect towards the client having my time.
I hope they handle it the right way! L
Because all they do is say they don't know what happened and apologize.
