★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First visit I had affogoto.they have not perfected the techniqueof making and serving this dessert.it must be very precise. Cup or bowl must be frosted. Ice cream must frozen to a very firm consistency, and espresso served on the side in a small container. The hot coffee is never just dumped on the ice cream the moment it is served.
The second visit I had coconut ice cream. The key is it is ice "cream". It should be creamy with the flavor of coconuþ. Mine tasted like it was made with coconut oil. It was like eating a mouthful of frozen margarine. Sorry, but artesenal should be superior quality.
I'll give it some time and try this shop again and see if they have gotten the hang of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ice cream may be hand maid but it does not taste like they use cream. Some flavors tast like they used some sort of oil or shortening. Sad to say, because it is a nice place and the people are very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful little find in the backstreets of Merida. The ice cream is good and the deal is Yiu have it on its own or a choice of 4 bases: churro, galleta, danés or especial.they also have a few sorbets for the frozen aqua lovers or dairy free out there. A great little stop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good ice cream with a churro cone. The small size is huge. Had the smore one and my partner had the ferro and chocolate. Hard to find upstairs but over all it hit the spot for my churro needs.
