Le doy una estrella por qué para mí, la puntualidad es muy importante y esto no lo tienen, la cita es a una hora, en mi caso lo más temprano 9:30 y no puede ser posible que llegue después la doctora que el citado.
Trabajen en eso, en la parte de recepción hay un avisó donde menciona que sean responsables y que si llegan tarde no podrán quedarse a laborar y veo que esto no sucede.
Hay que respetar al cliente.
Si alguien le sirve está referencia u opinión sepa que sus citas no serán repetadas, si RAV lee mi opinión y cambia actualizaré mi status.

I give it one star because for me, punctuality is very important and they do not have this, the appointment is at one hour, in my case at the earliest 9:30 and it cannot be possible for the doctor to arrive later than the appointment.
Work on it, in the reception part there is a notice where it mentions that they are responsible and that if they arrive late they will not be able to stay to work and I see that this does not happen.
You have to respect the customer.
If someone serves you this reference or opinion, know that your appointments will not be repeated, if RAV reads my opinion and changes, I will update my status.
