If I could give them 10 stars I would. Syra and Tristan are professional, incredibly helpful and resourceful, and their work is fantastic. They went above and beyond to help us plan a destination wedding, including helping us get ahold of people and venues. They have great connections in Merida (and surrounding area). Their work is also creative, fresh, and inspired. I could not recommend this company more.

RAW is hands-down the best florist I have and will ever use in my lifetime. Tristan and Syra are the #1 power couple of wedding florals. Point blank, period. If I had a choice, I would use them over and over and over again! :) I would fly them into the US for future events! I've never experienced such amazing customer service from another florist before - super responsive and always ensures we are calm, cool and collected - since wedding planning could be such a stressful thing! They are very thorough in their work and pay attention to all details. From pre-planning up until event day & post-event day - they have been there for us every step of the way - making sure nothing is missed. Thank you for being so kind, understanding and sweet to work with Tristan and Syra. We enjoyed working and meeting you and can guarantee we will cross paths again in the future. Syra and Tristan are true floral artists! I was recommended to them by multiple sources (a past bride, my wedding venue) and I'm so glad we went with them. They will work with you to get the touch you want, and they were even very helpful with a last minute change of mine. Very professional, reliable, and their work will literally wow your wedding. The flowers were one of my favourite parts of the wedding! Syra is also incredibly friendly and positive, which makes working with them very pleasant!

Syra and Tristan are AMAZING! They were recommended to me by my wedding planner in Tulum. I could already see they had talent though their instagram page. We spoke on the phone, I shared photos from Pinterest and the color pallet I was interested in. They took the time to get to know me over the phone to better envision and plan a floral design just for me. They went above and beyond to make my image for my wedding come true! Communication was NEVER a problem via phone, txts and emails. They were very good about adding changes to the contract as we went along, setting up conference calls to update me on their work and how they were going to make it a reality. You don’t realize how important that is until you are planning a destination wedding. Syra and Tristan were recommended to us by our wedding planner, Angelina Cardenas, to design and create the floral arrangements for our Tulum wedding. They did not disappoint, we were blown away by how Syra brought our vision to life. Over the year in working with Tristan, Syra, and team, I changed things and work through details over e-mail and WhatsApp and they remained responsive and helpful every step of the way. Planning a destination wedding, you do not know what to expect, but the way Syra designed and througt through every little detail, was more than we could have hoped for. Incredible floral studio! If you want more artistic and original approach to your wedding florals, these are your people. I can't believe I haven't written this review earlier. I was just looking at our wedding photos from 2018 in Merida and was reminded of how amazed my husband and I were when we saw the floral arrangements the day of the wedding. Syra and Tristan were very professional! They met with us online to discuss the plan for the floral decorations and provided sketches of their ideas. They also sent us bunch of images of flower options to choose from. On the day of the wedding they delivered exactly what they promised and even more. The atmosphere of our wedding would not have been as magical as it was without RAW!
