★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡Saca todo el estrés! ? Las clases combinan box + ejercicio funcional y duran 60 min. Cada día entrenas diferente, si no tienes guantes de box allí te los rentan. Eso sí, debes comprar vendas de box en el front desk. Se los recomiendo porque tiene buenas instalaciones con regaderas, coaches profesionales y muy buena música. Tiene valet parking y un restaurante a lado. Créanme es la mejor terapia para liberarte del estrés. Se los recomiendo! ?
Take off all the stress! ? Classes combine boxing + functional exercise and last 60 min. Every day you train differently, if you don't have boxing gloves they will rent them for you. Of course, you must buy box bandages at the front desk. I recommend them because it has good facilities with showers, professional coaches and great music. It has valet parking and a restaurant next door. Believe me it is the best therapy to free you from stress. I recommend it! ?
