★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una mala experiencia con el trato, (no con el entrenamiento) al principio mucha amabilidad y compromiso del Head Coach para con mi programa, le expliqué que tenía años que no entrenaba CrossFit pero que me gustaba esa exigencia, y dijo que no habría problema, y después solo me indicó que ya no me entrenaría, que todo lo referente a mi programa lo llevaría una nueva coach, porque yo no funcionaba, "yo era otro Target de persona", cuando quise hablar con el porque los horarios que tenía la nueva Coach no se ajustaban a los míos y yo pague por adelantado (quería un trato presencial/directo, no por videos) me dijo que eso ya lo tratara con ella no con él, y ahí terminaba la conversación y solo me daba la espalda.... deje de sentirme bienvenida con esa actitud :/ ... Confíe en el "programas personalizados a tu medida" pero me quedé con que son programas personalizados a la medida de sus necesidades :/ ... Solo agradecí lo aprendido en su espacio a la nueva Coach (que me asignaron) y le expliqué la situación ...
I had a bad experience with the treatment, (not with the training) at first the Head Coach was very kind and committed to my program, I explained that I had not trained CrossFit for years but that I liked that demand, and he said that there would be no problem , and then he only told me that he would no longer train me, that everything related to my program would be handled by a new coach, because I was not working, "I was another Target person", when I wanted to talk to him because the schedules that the new Coach did not fit mine and I paid in advance (I wanted a face-to-face/direct treatment, not for videos) he told me that I should deal with her and not with him, and that was the end of the conversation and he just turned his back on me. ... I stopped feeling welcome with that attitude :/ ... I trusted the "personalized programs tailored to your needs" but I stayed with the fact that they are personalized programs tailored to your needs :/ ... I was only grateful for what I learned in your space to the new Coach (assigned to me) and l I explained the situation...
